The Adad site consists of reg surfaces modelled over a smooth morphology consisting of creeks and shallow valleys. Steep hills forming an energetic relief are present at the border of the area.

The site has been selected to test high-precision landing systems. High-resolution DEM have been reconstructed in these sites.
