In August 2007, Daniel Sacotte the Director of The Human Spaceflight and Exploration Directorate of the European Space Agency visited the Centre and some of our test sites. The Director was accompanied by executives of ESA and ASI. During the field work the space agency executives experienced the desert environment and got a firsthand impression of the flavour of field work.
